Dear Ms S,
I trust that you have had a good Christmas and will have a Happy New Year.
I am in Spain at the moment but will leave here on the 1st of January and go to Beijing for 7 more days. Right now it is 7:25 pm Madrid time, which I believe is very different to Canberra time. Any tips on how to overcome jet lag?
